CEO & Chairman, Black Star Fund

Principal, New Dawn Global Enterprises

Kwame Anku a venture capital fund that invests in Black technology and innovation entrepreneurs. He also heads New Dawn Global Enterprises, an international growth consulting service company. In his advisory role, Kwame will ensure that we continue to keep our focus on the belief that organizational transformation is individual healing and ensure the “breakthroughs” that occur because of the deep empathetic understanding stemming from years of experience.

Henry “Que” Gaskins

Chief Brand & Innovation Officer, National Basketball Players Association

Henry “Que” Gaskins is a 30+ year brand and marketing maven. He has been called “an arbiter of cool” by Advertising Age, and best known for helping Reebok transform itself into a lifestyle brand by founding the RBK division and leading the Allen Iverson Brand. Currently, Que is the Chief Brand & Innovation Officer of the National Basketball Players Association (NBPA). Que will be focused doing what he does best in his collaboration with Incluvations – brand innovation and engagement with and for people from around the globe.
